Portland House
In 2021 we were appointed by the development team behind the transformation of Portland House, the former Newcastle Building Society headquarters.
The ambitious speculative project to refurbish a 60,000 sq.ft office building into a modern and sustainable, multi-occupancy workplace required the support of a comprehensive PR and communications strategy.
Our work involved regular press releases which established strong media interest in the scheme and helped to maintain communications with a growing commercial audience.
Social media was also used to good effect to reach out and talk to appropriate individuals and groups.
