Simon Taylor 

Simon brings over 25 years’ experience in the commercial property sector, having worked as a Chartered Surveyor with leading firms including UK Land Estates, Kings Sturge, JLL and Naylors. His background in commercial agency has seen him lead the marketing and disposal of some of the region’s most high-profile properties and developments.

During his time as Head of Office Agency and Director at Naylors, Simon played a key role in driving business development, with responsibility for marketing activity spanning social media, PR, advertising and client events. He also led the firm’s rebrand in 2015.

In 2016, Simon moved into public relations on a consultancy basis, combining his property expertise with strategic communications. He went on to co-found Four Walls with Rebecca, bringing a distinctive blend of industry knowledge and PR insight to the business.

Rebecca Taylor MCIPR

Rebecca is an experienced PR professional with over 25 years’ experience working within the property sector and is a member of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations.

She began her career in an in-house PR and Marketing role at UK Land Estates before establishing her own consultancy, Rebecca Taylor PR, which she successfully ran for 10 years. In 2017, she co-founded Four Walls with Simon, combining their complementary expertise in property and communications.

Rebecca brings a deep understanding of the built environment sector, supported by long-standing relationships across the industry. She takes a strategic, proactive approach to her work, consistently focused on delivering strong results and high levels of client satisfaction.

With well-established media contacts and a strong track record of coverage, Rebecca has a proven ability to secure impactful press coverage across both print and online platforms.
